Ars Magica 5th Edition Definitive Text

Ars Magica is an award-winning roleplaying game by Jonathan Tweet and Mark Rein•Hagen that puts you in the world of powerful wizards and the people who stand beside them in Mythic Europe. It is a rich and flexible setting, that makes it suitable for historically grounded stories as well as high fantasy adventures. Your saga can be epic in scope or focused on a single community, driven by grand political struggles or deeply personal conflicts.
These journals contain the entirety of the Ars Magica Definitive Edition rules, with a few changes to make them accessible on Questline.

Note: I am also working on an Ars Magica game type for Questline. This journal package is designed to go with that. The current version is little more than a formatted text dump of the Definitive Edition rules found at https://github.com/OriginalMadman/Ars-Magica-Open-License/tree/main/reviewed. I am deeply indebted to OriginalMadman and the folks contributing to that archive. Without their hard work, these journals would have taken a lot longer to compile.
Also note, that these still need some clean-up, which I am in the process of doing. The biggest issue is page references. Obviously, in a Questline journal, page references are meaningless. I will either be removing the references entirely, or linking to the appropriate journal entry. I will also be comparing the text dump to my PDF copy of the Definitive Edition to make certain everything is in its proper place.
This is an UNOFFICIAL version of the Ars Magica Definitive Edition and I have no affiliation with Atlas Games. If you like Ars Magica and would like to support its creators and publisher, I highly recommend purchasing the physical or digital editions of the books available from https://atlas-games.com/arsmagica.
